Whether you're a new graduate looking for a supportive start to your career or an experienced clinician seeking flexibility and professional growth, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a role that suits your interests, strengths and career goals. Your caseload can be tailored based on your experience and preferred clinical areas, with opportunities to work across:

  • Adult clients
  • Speech sound disorders
  • Language and literacy
  • Social communication
  • AAC and assistive technology
  • Swallowing and adult communication disorders (where relevant to experience)

We recognise that no two Speech Pathologists are the same, and we're committed to building a caseload that allows you to do your best work while continuing to develop professionally.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds (or is eligible for) Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is passionate about making a difference in the lives of clients and families
  • Demonstrates initiative, professionalism and a commitment to evidence-based practice
  • Enjoys working collaboratively within a team environment
  • Holds a current driver's licence and Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)

New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. We are committed to providing the supervision, mentoring and support needed to help you build confidence and thrive in your career.

What We Offer

  • A supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary team
  • Tailored mentoring and supervision for new graduates
  • Opportunities for ongoing professional development
  • Regular clinical support and case discussions
  • Flexibility to create a caseload aligned with your interests
  • Resources and administration support that let you focus on your clients
  • A positive workplace culture that values innovation, wellbeing and work-life balance
  • Clear career progression opportunities
